Leo Tan
I'm Leo, the person writing the guides here at AI Play Books. I'm not a corporate team and I'm not a faceless brand — just someone who got obsessed with AI tools and wanted to explain them the way I wish someone had explained them to me: plainly, honestly, and without the hype.
Everything I publish is based on tools I actually use and test myself. When I say a tool is great at something or bad at something, it's because I tried it on real, boring, everyday tasks — emails, spreadsheets, drafts, side projects — not because I read a press release. When something is a paid product, I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth the money, and I'll usually tell you to start with the free version first.
AI moves fast, so some details (prices, model names, menus) go out of date between updates. I do my best to keep these guides current, and I note when information was accurate. If you ever spot something wrong or stale, please tell me — I genuinely fix these.
